Cardboard, plastic and bubbles

We pack each bracelet, collar and leash in exactly this order. We start with a lined cardboard box , close it properly, label it and put it in a resealable plastic bag . Yes, very un-ecological, one would like to say. On the other hand, you certainly wouldn't want to have the contents of the package impregnated with, for example, dishwashing detergent from another order from another e-shop, which will spill here and there in the sorting depot and meet in the most inconvenient place. We then put the entire package in an envelope , which is full of air bubbles and forms another layer of protection between your order and the snares of the outside world.

We have already received many poorly packaged orders, not only in our working life, so we want to be sure that we have done our best to ensure that your order successfully arrives at its destination intact and undamaged .

Who will arrange it?

The delivery of your orders will be handled by the employees of Czech Post or Zásilkovna and their partners. For a long time, we have tried delivery in the Czech Republic most often within 1-3 working days from submission . The mail is first delivered to your door, if that doesn't work out, then it stores the parcel at the nearest post office and ideally leaves a message in the mailbox. The post office can do the same, and in addition, it has thousands of delivery points and boxes of its own or partners.
